Dr Constantine “Dino” Kiritsis:  

Entrepreneur, consultant, public speaker, author - founder of StudySmart & Award Winning International Curriculum Development Expert consultant for PwC, Co-founder, EasyStudies.com (member of the easy group of companies).

 

He is a world-class inspirational professional who has delivered over 20,000 hours of professional qualifications and corporate training in the past 20 years in over 45 countries globally. Dino has developed the curriculum, methodology and mapping procedure for PwC’s Mini MBA programme being offered globally by PwC Academies. ACCA has named him in 2017 as a ‘tutor guru’ to help in rolling out its Strategic Business Leader (SBL) exam and has licensed his innovative interactive flowchart as a resource for candidates. 

 

His knowledge areas span from Business Mapping, business analysis, Governance, Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Corporate level training to developing programmes, career management and education, Professional qualifications (PQs) and teaching topics such as Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Business Planning, Marketing and HR (for specialist qualifications (ACCA, CIA, CIMA, SHRM, ICA) and Universities (for the University of Surrey (UK), University of Strathclyde (UK), Henley Management School (UK), University of Nicosia (CY) and PwC Academies in Europe and the Middle East. Constantine has also been involved in a number of consulting & training projects for over 100 well – known multinational firms. 

 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut (USA), a Masters and a PhD from the University of Surrey (UK), a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a Fellow RSA UK, an Associate Member of the International Compliance Association UK AICA), and a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM – SMP) USA.

Dr. Kiritsis has authored a best - selling educational guide in Greece for 8 years under his own publishing company (StudySmart publishing), a brief guide for CIMA candidates, co-authored with Christos Ragkavas (2017) and “Are you serious” , a book on common sense which was released in 2019. He is also founder and president of the non- profit organization Teachers Without Borders Greece. StudySmart has strategic partners in various countries (Italy, Slovenia, Cyprus, China and others). He has extensive experience in business start - ups, education and professional training & development by setting up Intercollege Globaltraining in the late 1990’s (being responsible for the incorporation of professional qualifications in Greece and serving as a Partner & Executive Director for close to a decade), before setting up and leading one of the first academies for PwC in Greece. In essence he led the quality approvals by major associations successfully receiving the highest standards on each occasion, while over 15 of his students have been national or international prize winners. 

 

In 2017 (and until today, 2020-21), he was chosen by ACCA to deliver a series of webinars globally (over 4000 candidates) with great success, leading him to become an ACCA “tutor guru” supporting ACCA to train tuition providers globally on ACCA’s new Strategic Business Leader – SBL paper (from Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, Latvia, Cyprus, Greece, Slovakia, Malta etc.). 


He is also a consultant and International Curriculum Development expert for PwC’s Academy in Serbia and the Middle East. Dino has also done work with PwC’s Global Steering Committee for Private Company Services and has developed the curriculum, methodology and mapping procedure for PwC’s very successful Mini MBA programme being offered in the CEE region & the Middle East in 10 countries and 11 cities globally. 

 

As a mentor on select business start-ups he has donated his services to close to 10 companies through charity / entrepreneurship organizations (Founders institute, I4U, Young Leaders) as well as successful start-ups (Member of the Board of Mye-tutor & SoFIA – School of the Future International Academy). 

 

Constantine has also been involved in over 100 corporate accounts training for well – known multinational firms such as Dell, Public S.A., Mazars, Brinks Security, Amana Constructions, Abu Dhabi FSC, Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, Lilly Pharma, Astra Zeneka, BAT, PwC, KPMG, ELM Saudi Arabia, Eltizam Asset Management, RTA Dubai, DP World, Dubai Tourism Authority, Falcon & Associates, Cosmos Business Systems, etc.  

 

He is also a board member of School of the Future International Academy (SoFIA – www.sofianet.org) . Dino lives in Athens Greece with his wife Antigoni and his two children.
